Our Returns Policy
Returning an Item
To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items
to your order, please follow the guidelines below.
Please print the return label and affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Do not change the size of the label when printing as this can make the
label unreadable for our courier.
If you cannot print the label, please include the delivery note (the original or
a copy) or a piece of paper with the name of the person who ordered the items, the
order number and the reason for the returning the item(s).
Incorrect Item / Damaged in Transit / Defective Item
If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit,
you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please
keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed
should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you
may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they
can rectify the problem for you.
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item please email or telephone our
sales dept; you can find the details on the 'Contact Us' page or in the order email we sent
you when you made your purchase. Remember to have your order number handy when you contact us.
If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered, let our
sales dept know and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can. We won't charge
you delivery on the replacement item.
Non Faulty Goods
Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel
the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning
with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.
However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase where the
item has been unsealed.
